Iceland added a second, and as Scotland tired, Fulton made a couple more excellent stops.
Fulton, previously capped at Under 16 and 19 level, earned a second cap on Tuesday night against Macedonia in Skopje.
A snapshot from the edge of the box from Marjan Redeski was saved by Fulton, but Kire Markovski drilled the rebound into the net.

Scotland were given a lifeline eight minutes before the break when Fulton saved a penalty from David Babunski.
