Solskjaer to make 10 changes, Pogba misses out - Manchester United predicted lineup ahead of midweek clash vs Burnley

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that he has a number of first team talents nearing a return from injury ahead of his side’s trip to face Burnley at Turf Moor on Tuesday evening.

The Reds are bidding to move to the top of the Premier League table with a win over the Clarets, while Sean Dyche’s men will be hoping to open up an eight-point gap between themselves and the relegation zone with a win of their own.

But their task will be made all the more difficult by Solskjaer’s update on injury quartet Paul Pogba, Luke Shaw, Victor Lindelof, and Eric Bailly.

According to the Norwegian boss, all four trained on Monday morning, and the Reds was seemingly optimistic about their chances of featuring in midweek.

Speaking in a press conference, he said: "All of them trained today.

"Paul and Eric didn't do all of it, but Luke and Victor did all of it. I've got a decent amount of players to pick from.

"Let's see with Paul and Eric how they are tomorrow."

United will also welcome Edinson Cavani back following the completion of his recent ban for using racist language on social media.

The Reds beat Watford in the FA Cup on Saturday evening with a vastly changed starting XI, but the expectation will be for Solskjaer to reintroduce many of his key talents against Burnley.
