For Burnley, the January transfer window could bring about significant change at Turf Moor, with new owners seemingly on the horizon.

According to the Daily Mail, a £200 million American takeover of the club could be sealed as early as next week, with Clarets staff being told to prepare for a change in ownership in the coming days.

ALK Capital, the sports investment firm fronted by financial guru Alan Pace, should receive Premier League approval to complete their deal imminently, and current chairman Mike Garlick could remain at the club in the short term, with a full handover of power taking place further down the line.

Wolves striker Patrick Cutrone could leave the club in January, with Torino interested in signing him. The forward is currently on loan at Fiorentina, but has failed to make an impact with the Serie A side, and could see that deal cut short to seal a permanent exit. (Tuttosport)

Juventus are interested in re-signing Everton striker Moise Kean. The Italy international is making quite the impression on loan at PSG, but it is understood that he is happy to stay in France for now. (Il BiancoNero)

Wolves have been rejected the chance to sign Brazilian striker Hulk on a free transfer because of his age and salary demands. The South American had previously been touted as a potential replacement for injured talisman Raul Jimenez. (Football Insider)

Former Newcastle United loanee Jetro Willems has opened the door to the prospect of rejoining the Magpies in the January transfer window. The full-back told a Dutch talk show: “[It’s] A wonderful club. In terms of history, stadium, Geordies, that accent is nice. I hope to be able to go to England. That suits me.
