The Clarets are winless in their last three outings in the Premier League, but did come from behind to claim a point against Brighton last weekend.

By comparison, the Eagles had won two on the bounce prior to their 2-0 defeat at the hands of Leeds United on Monday evening, but struggled to find their rhythm without star man Wilfried Zaha.

The 28-year-old will be absent again at Selhurst Park this weekend, and a win for Sean Dyche's visitors would take them to within three points of Palace with a game in hand.

Speaking to Sky Sports’ Super 6, however, Stelling suggested that they may have to settle for a sharing of the spoils.

He said: “Crystal Palace looked void of creativity at Elland Road on Monday, and without Wilfried Zaha they will struggle again.

"Burnley earned a point against Brighton after coming from behind, but they will be happy to sit in and stifle Palace in this one. I will have to sit on the fence.”

Stelling predicts a 0-0 draw.

The Soccer Saturday host’s Sky Sports colleague Laura Woods has taken a more optimistic view of the clash, however.

She said: "Without Zaha I think Palace will struggle to score at home against a tough Burnley side.”

Woods predicts a narrow 1-0 win for the Clarets.

Burnley won by that scoreline when the two sides met at Turf Moor back in November, with Chris Wood scoring the decisive goal.
