The festive period is always a busy one for Premier League sides, and this year has been no different.

Burnley lost to Leeds United on Sunday to end an unbeaten run of four matches in the Premier League, but are in action again on Tuesday as they face-off against relegation-threatened Sheffield United in a game that could prove to be a six-pointer.

Once that game is out of the way, Sean Dyche’s men have a clear run through to the new year, and the opening of the transfer market.

Leeds United striker Rafa Mujica could return to Elland Road next month after an underwhelming loan spell with Spanish second tier side Extremadura. The striker has seen just 50 minutes of action this term. (AS)
