Development Squad midfielder Renny Smith has joined Swedish outfit GAIS on a season-long loan, subject to paperwork.

The former Arsenal and Chelsea youngster has impressed on a two-week trial and will now join the Swedish second tier side, following international clearance.
Smith, 19, signed a three-year deal with the Clarets in the summer, and will remain with the Mackerels until November, 2016.
