Clarets fans offered four game chance to sit in the David Fishwick Stand

The club used last season’s Leicester City and Stoke City games, as well as the recent MK Dons match, as the three trial games and would like to go on record in thanking all fans who purchased or transferred into this area for helping create a greater atmosphere within Turf Moor.

A four-game bundle, in addition to match-by-match tickets, will now made available as the club looks to offer more options to home supporters.

These tickets go on sale from 9am on Friday, September 18.

Chief Executive David Baldwin said: “Home fan accessibility in the David Fishwick Stand has always been a topic brought up in our regular consultations with supporters groups.

“We have listened to these opinions and agreed to open this area on a trial basis, to judge demand and any issues this may have caused the club in regards to ground safety and stewarding.

“We are delighted with both the attendances and behaviour of fans in this area during the trial period, and feel it would be a fantastic opportunity to now open this area up for home fans for our next four home games at Turf Moor”.

Football League rules state that all fans (home or visiting) must be charged equally if not using one of the four allowed ‘local’ promotion games.

However clubs are allowed to put together game ‘bundles’ and so we have created the special #FishwickFour ticket bundle.

The #FishwickFour ticket bundle, available from 9am on Friday, September 18, will include the next four Championship home games.

These are:

Reading (Saturday, September 26)

Bolton Wanderers (Saturday, October 17)

Huddersfield Town (Saturday, October 31)

Fulham (Tuesday, November 3).

The #FishwickFour ticket bundle costs just £60 (adults), £40 (over 65 and U22), and £20 U18, and can be purchased from the Turf Moor Ticket Office in person, or online at claretsstore.com.

Seats in the David Fishwick Stand are also available for purchase on a match-by-match basis, with prices based on those in the Jimmy McIlroy Stand (Lower).

Category A match: Adults: £28, Over 65: £17, U22: £17, U18: £12

Category B match: Adults: £24, Over 65: £15, U22: £15, U18: £7

Please note: Due to ground safety guidelines there will be no ‘seat selection’ facility in this area. Seats will be allocated by Burnley Football Club.

Why can’t I choose my own seat?

Due to this area of the ground being opened during an active season, this area must be populated in-line with ground safety guidelines, which require Burnley FC to allocate seats for fans purchasing tickets in this stand.

I am a Seasoncard holder, can I transfer into the David Fishwick Stand for the games stated above?

Yes, Seasoncard holders can transfer their seat into the David Fishwick Stand on a match-by-match basis for free*.

Transfers must be made at the Turf Moor ticket office and cannot be made on a matchday.

*U10 Free Seasoncard holders will be charged the normal U18 matchday price to transfer into the David Fishwick Stand.

Can I transfer my Seasoncard into the David Fishwick Stand for the whole season?

Not at this time. The club will analyse attendances in the David Fishwick Stand and will continue to make it available for home fans as demand dictates.
