Burnley set to miss out on Defour
The Clarets had been waiting on a decision from Belgian international Steven Defour, with his club Anderlecht prepared to accept their €9m offer.
However, despite United Arab Emirates club Al Jazira only being prepared to offer €7m for the 28-year-old - the asking price Anderlecht were prepared to let the former Porto man leave for two months ago - it seems Defour has been swayed by a move to Abu Dhabi.

Hide AdAl Jazira have offered Defour 50% more in wages than Burnley, with Anderlecht set to cut their losses and accept the lower transfer fee.
