Burnley FC freeze season ticket prices!

BURNLEY have frozen season ticket prices for next season – when they hope to be back in the Premier League.

The Clarets lie four points outside the play-off places with two games in hand on sixth place Leeds, as the club aim for an immediate return to the top flight.

And on the high of Saturday’s 2-1 win at derby rivals Preston North End, the club have unveiled their 2011/12 season ticket campaign “We Can Be Heroes”.

A statement reads: “Our illustrious history has created heroes.

“Names from every era are etched in folklore.

“But there’s another important ‘player’ in the ongoing story of Burnley Football Club...

“Ask any player at Turf Moor and they will tell you there is nothing to beat the roar of a Turf Moor crowd getting behind the team.

“That’s why your support is now more important then ever. The all-too fleeting season in the Premier League has whetted the appetite for more.

“And with new manager Eddie Howe and the squad now at his disposal, everything is there for the taking.

“Your support and the matchday atmosphere is vital to our success.

“And with Eddie Howe charged with reinvigorating the playing side, it means we are all set to enter an exciting time.

“Who knows what the next 12 months will bring?

“But if it’s anything like the last few years, we feel sure you will want to reserve your seat as the next chapter in Burnley’s history unfolds.”

Fans who buy their season ticket in the Early Bird period – which ends on March 31st – will do so at this season’s prices, with supporters renewing also receiving the same offer.

After the cut-off point, the club reserves the right to release all unsold seats to supporters wishing to change seats.

Further season ticket sales will be suspended until after the completion of this season’s fixtures, when season ticket prices may be increased and any sales will be subject to availability and on a first come, first served basis.

All match day prices will be reviewed at the end of the season. The club guarantees that all supporters who renew their season ticket by March 31st will pay significantly less for their season’s football than supporters who choose to pay on a match by match basis.

The David Fishwick Cricket Field Stand is not available for home supporters unless the club achieves promotion to the Premier League, when seat transfers to this area may be considered for season ticket holders only.
