Burnley FC chief executive Paul Fletcher to step down

SPECULATION is rife that Burnley Football Club’s chief executive Paul Fletcher is to step down.

The former Clarets star is reported to have submitted his resignation after four years in the role.

The reasons behind his decision allegedly centre on boardroom disagreements over the new University College of Football Business at Turf Moor.
