Burnley FC 2010/11 shirt now on sale

Burnley Football Club’s brand new home strip for the 2010/11 season went on sale on Friday.

The Puma manufactured kit is available at the club shop at Turf Moor and from the Clarets’ on-line store at http://www.claretsstore.com

The stylish new strip marks the 100th anniversary of Burnley in claret and blue, with a special stamp placed within the neck line of the shirt to celebrate the milestone.

The Puma brand adorns the breast of the home shirt for the first time, along with the club crest incorporating the words Burnley Football Club.

The new claret shirt, also featuring the branding of new club sponsor, Fun88.com, has a modern V-neck in blue, with eye-catching white flashes on the sleeves and body and will be worn with white shorts and claret and blue hooped socks.

Both the home and away kit - with the away strip due to go on sale in July - use an interlock and mesh fabric that gives lightweight performance, with style and durability for the fans.

Shirts are priced at £39.99 (adults) and £31.99 (juniors).

The new kit was officially unveiled last month at a special VIP launch at Towneley Hall in Burnley in conjunction with the club’s special exhibition of 100 Years of Claret and Blue.
