Burnley duo pick up international caps

CAMERON Howieson and Danny Lafferty both picked up international caps on Wednesday.

Howieson, still to turn 18, added to his experience with New Zealand as he started the All Whites’ friendly with China in Shanghai on the bench.

The youngster, who also featured for the Oly Whites at London 2012, came on to win his fourth cap with 13 minutes left, replacing West Ham centre back Winston Reid.
