Burnley co-chairman goes back to school

Burnley co-chairman John Banaszkiewicz returned to his educational roots to give a talk to Year 11 pupils at Fisher-More RC High School.

John, who was appointed Clarets joint chairman alongside Mike Garlick in May 2012, spoke about his life and experiences since leaving school in 1979.

The co-founder of Freight Investor Services Ltd UK, who initially became part of the club’s board of directors in November 2010, was joined by assistant manager Ian Woan, leading scorer Danny Ings and goalkeeper Tom Heaton who joined in the discussion as well as posing for pictures and signing autographs afterwards.
