Here we go again. Another weekend devoid of Premier League football. Instead of goals, mistakes, saves and arguing over VAR we’re instead left with another blank few days as the point of finishing the current season continues to fester.
Uefa want the 2019/2020 campaign played to a close, as to many clubs as they seek not to lose out on substantial broadcast revenue. At the same time clubs are still planning for next season and the summer transfer window.

8. Burnley's £50m shortfall
