Yu & You to celebrate 10th birthday in style

The Yu family’s traditional Chinese style cuisine, served with a contemporary twist, has seen the Copster Green restaurant on the receiving end of numerous accolades, including Best UK Chinese Restaurant, as chosen by Gordon Ramsay.

The family have chosen to celebrate their 10th year in business by hosting a banquet to raise funds for two charities which are very close to their hearts – Derian House Children’s Hospice and Help for Heroes, with all of the proceeds from ticket sales to be split between the two charities.

The dinner will take place on Saturday, September 19th from 7-30 pm. Guests will enjoy a sumptuous four-course banquet, including a glass of Champagne on arrival. The menu will include delights such as stir fried diced lobster with Xo chilli shittake mushrooms and spring onion, roast Goosnargh duck Cantonese style, served with plum jam, hoi sin and pancakes and steamed fillet of seabass with ginger and spring onion.
