Women cut free from car
Two women were cut free from a car after a crash on the M65 today (Tuesday).
The accident happened between Junctions 8 and 9 when a car smashed into the central reservation on the eastbound carriageway.
The two women, who suffered minor injuries, were taken to hospital by ambulance.
Two lanes were closed as a result of the accident.
