VOTE: Would free parking save our High Street stores?
THIS week retail guru Mary Portas has handed over her masterplan to save our struggling High Streets to the Government.
Offering a raft ideas that could boost business across the nation, she has claimed that offering free parking in town centres would encourage more shoppers to venture into the High Street.
