the Royal Bank of Scotland has been hitting the headlines again this week.
This week has seen the decision to strip former boss Fred Goodwin of his knighthood and current boss Stephen Hester has bowed to pressure to hand back his £1m. bonus after the Government had to step in with public cash to save the bank last year.
Is it time that the Royal Bank of Scotland was nationalised and run by civil servants or is it right that it should remain in the private sector to try to make money?
