Police concerned for welfare of missing Burnley man

Joshua Simmons was last seen in the Low Bank area at around 10:25am this morning (21 Feb) wearing an oversized claret and blue hoodie, black joggers, and claret and blue Adidas shoes.

He is described as being 5ft 10in tall, of slim build, with short brown hair and was missing yesterday but returned home before once again being reported as missing, causing concern once again. Joshua also has links to Blackburn.
