Burnley TK Maxx thief banned from the store
A thief who pinched various goods to the tune of £300 from TK Maxx in Burnley has been banned from the store.
Rachel Quigley, 36, committed the offence five days before Christmas. The defendant, of Wellington Court in Burnley, admitted stealing last December 20th at the town’s magistrates’ court.
She was given a six-month community order and is not to enter TK Maxx on Church Street for six months under an exclusion order. Quigley was ordered to pay £150 compensation.
