Burnley shoplifter stole £600-worth of make-up and gift sets from Boots and Sainsbury's

A shoplifter pinched make-up, gift sets, and other goods worth more than £600 after striking at from Boots and Sainsbury’s, a court heard.

Amanda Kerr, 39, admitted theft to the value of £133.54 from Boots in Burnley on January 28th. She had been convicted of theft worth £512.15 at Colne on January 11th.

The defendant, of Kyan Street in Burnley, was given a two-month community order with an eight-week curfew and was ordered to pay a £90 victim surcharge.
