Burnley actress Alice Barry has glammed up for her latest photoshoot to promote Red Nose Day.
The star of hit comedy drama “Shameless” unleashed her inner rock star when she transformed into Gene Simmons from KISS.
Alice is no stranger to supporting Comic Relief and has been the star of many photo spoofs over the years.
Two years she recreated a racy scene from “Flashdance”, and in 2011 she stripped off for her own take on “American Beauty” – with strategically placed red noses to cover her modesty.
Alice, originally from Lowerhouse, has also donned a skimpy tennis outfoot and mimicked Pamela Anderson in a bikini for other charities.
This year Alice donned the iconic make up, the wild hair, and the Demon show-stopper costume.
Alice said: “I always have fun doing a Comic Relief shoot, and this year was no different. I loved being able to impersonate a rock star for the day. It really is easy to make your face look funny.
“Get the face paints out, stick a wig on or just wear a Red Nose. I want to see if anyone can make their face look funnier than mine with all that paint on.”
Back on Friday March 13th, this year’s fund-raising extravaganza will see people across the country being asked to make their faces funny for money.
Alice also revealed the best “selfie” photograph she has ever taken was with One Direction hearthrob Harry Styles.
She said: “He chased me outside my hotel in Manchester for the photograph and then told me that he loved me!”
