An IT specialist and keen Clarets fan has returned to his roots in the next step of his career.

Phil Whitehead has been appointed as senior IT support engineer at Burnley based Seriun.

In his senior support role he will be responsible for providing support to the company's customer base, resolving technical issues before they become a problem.

Originally from Burnley Phil now lives in Darwen with his wife Tracey and sons Kyle (9) and Owen (8).

Phil and his sons are season ticket holders for Burnley FC and try to make sure they never miss a match.

Phil was one of the original three P’s who set up P3 Computers in Burnley.

He has spent the last seven years at Holker IT in Colne as infrastructure engineer and before that he worked as a field service engineer at Manchester based Synergy Technology Ltd and also as a support engineer at Lanway in Hapton.
