Ribble Valley road closed due to flooding
Police have this afternoon been forced to close the road leading to Grindleton Bridge due to flooding.
Officers are advising motorists to be aware and plan their journeys accordingly.
The news comes as heavy rain once again sweeps over East Lancashire, many parts of which have suffered from flooding in recent weeks due to the persistent wet weather.
