Motorcyclist taken to hospital following Burnley accident
An accident involving a motorbike and a car led to the partial closure of a busy Burnley road this morning.
The accident at 6-30am in Healey Mount, off Manchester Road, resulted in a motorcyclist taken to the Royal Preston Hospital with a suspected broken leg following the collision with a red Volkswagen Golf.
Police reopened the road near the roundabout a short time later.
