Fire crews alerted after smoke spotted from Burnley house
Fire crews were called to a house fire in Burnley after a member of the public spotted smoke.
Fire crews were called out to the house on Castle Street at 7pm.
The caller reported seeing smoke coming from the kitchen of the house.
When firefighters arrived at the property they investigated and extinguished a fire using two breathing apparatus and a hose reel.
Crews were in attendance for around 40 minutes.
