Three in court accused of Burnley jewellery shop raid
THREE men are to appear before Burnley magistrates today charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.
Babar Khan (25), of Jasmine Court, Bolton, Mohammed Khan (26), of Mancroft Avenue, Bolton, and Faheem Kola (19), of Willows Lane, Bolton, face allegations in relation to an incident at Muzzafer Jewellers in Brougham Street, Burnley, on February 19th, where jewellery was stolen, an incident at a house in Fairfield Drive, Burnley, on May 27th where cash was stolen and an incident at a house in Bolton on May 23rd.
Rais Atcha (20), of Burwell Close, Bolton, appeared at Burnley Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and was remanded in custody until September 26th.
