The heat is on for junior athletes in regional finals
Young athletes from a Ribble Valley school have secured themselves a place in a top competition.
Oakhill School were the highest scoring small school in the Lancashire heat of the Sportshall UK Championship programme.
The team will now compete with other top scoring schools from across the county at the regional finals of the contest in Blackpool in March.
Training is already underway for the competition which aims to bring youngsters from grassroots athletics together.
