Burnley magistrates were told how officers had been called to the store on Finsley Gate in the town, after reports of a man being violent.

When they arrived, Anthony McDevitt had been escorted out by workers, was shouting abuse, muttering incoherently and appeared to have urinated in his trousers. He was warned about his language and was detained.
