Teen injured in road accident outside Turf Moor ground
A 14-year-old boy has been involved in a collision outside Burnley FC's Turf Moor ground this afternoon.
A police spokesman said officers were called just after 3pm to Harry Potts Way after reports the teen had been in collision with a white Ford Focus.
A police spokesman said: “The boy sustained minor injuries and is being treated at the Royal Blackburn Hospital.”
Motorists are being urged to avoid the area.
