Teen in court after friends killed on M65

A teenager appeared at Burnley Crown Court, accused of causing the death of two men by careless driving.

Callum Mossop (19) is charged with causing the deaths of Mazafer Iqbal and Mohammed Iqbal by driving a Citroen C2 on the M65 in Burnley without due care and attention, last July 26th.

Mossop, of Alderhurst End Farm, Trawden, will face a plea and case management hearing in August and was bailed to await trial on October 27th.
