Teen airlifted to hospital after quad bike accident
A teenager was airlifted to hospital on Sunday evening after he lost control of the quad bike he was riding.
The accident happened in Wesley Street, Sabden, at around 6-40pm at the junction with Crow Trees Road.
The 14-year-old boy, who has not been named yet by police, came off the red Honda quad bike and suffered head injuries, cuts and bruises. He was taken to the Royal Preston Hospital for treatment.
