Teen accused of biting man’s nose in nightclub queue
A teenager has appeared before Burnley magistrates, accused of biting a man’s nose in a queue outside a nightclub.
Kelvin Foley (19) is charged with wounding Richard Jameson in Burnley, on March 8th.
Foley, of Todmorden Road, Burnley, did not indicate a plea.
His case will be heard at Burnley Crown Court and the defendant was unconditionally bailed until a preliminary hearing there on August 24th.
