The business has been in the family for four decades as Steven took over from his father, Jessie Shaw.

Bradley, who is 24, said: "This is a family legacy as the business was started by my grandad so it felt right for it to carry on."

Bradley, who gave up his job working at Senator Group in Altham, to take on the round, is already well known to many customers as his dad would often take him and his brother Darryl (28) along with him when they were youngsters.

He has received the support of his family, including his mum, Diana Fletcher, in his new venture and his girlfriend Stevie-Leigh Gough has even offered to give him a helping hand with the business.

Bradley, who lives in Padiham, added: "It is going really well so far and the customers have been great, plus it feels good to be my own boss."
