Burnley singer Wayne Farrow hit the right notes when he performed at a special peace event.
Wayne sang at the annual event for the Tim Parry-Jonathan Ball Foundation for Peace in Warrington which was attended by several hundred people.
He said: “I’m a massive admirer of Colin and Wendy Parry. They suffered such a dreadful loss when they lost their son Tim, after the IRA bombing of Warrington in 1993.
“They’ve dedicated themselves to peace and reconciliation, as they have led the Foundation for Peace. It was a pleasure and a privilege to perform.”
In total £15,000 was raised for the The Tim Parry-Jonathan Ball Foundation for Peace.
