An investigation has been launched after a suspected arson attack at a derelict Burnley high school.
Four crews were called to the old building in Byron Street at 9-30pm on Saturday.
Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used water jets to extinguish the blaze which had spread into the roof space.
It is believed a group of youths had gained access to the site and set fire to the outside of the building.
Police are now investigating the incident and anybody with any information can ring 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
