Road safety accolade for drama team
Young students from Unity College performed in front of 500 people to highlight the issues of road safety.
The Year 8 children were so impressive they were named runners up in the Lancashire “The Beats” competition held at Preston Guild Hall.
The Unity team of Emily Hughes, Joe Dickenson, Katie Jackson, Ariane Limmer, Ruby Hawkes, Halle Abbott and Lydia Cryer had to research, develop and perform a piece of drama.
