Public tell police of drugs den - two arrests
TWO men were arrested after police discovered cannabis at a house in Rawtenstall.
The 38-year-olds were arrested after police raided an address in Beech Street, Rawtenstall on Friday after members of the public raised concerns to local officers.
PC Mick Jones said: “We will continue to take action against those who cause concerns for residents. All information is treated with the strictest confidence and I appeal to members of the public to continue to come forward with information about drugs.”
One of the men was given a penalty notice and the other a caution.
