Police name suspected murder victim

Police have named the victim of a fatal stabbing in Burnley over the weekend as Keith Passmore.

The 60-year-old’s body was found by officers at 6-30pm in a flat in Clifton Road, off Padiham Road, on Saturday.

It is believed the man had been stabbed to death.

Two men from Burnley, aged 44 and 47, arrested on suspicion of murder remain in police custody.
