Police launch arson investigation
Police have launched an investigation after a plastic air vent was set alight outside a house by vandals.
Two fire crews were called to the address in Lubbock Street, Burnley, today at 2-15pm.
The fire had self-extinguished but a hose reel was used to ensure there were no residual smouldering hot-spots.
