Police issue CCTV after Nelson robbery

Police have issued CCTV images of three people they need to speak with after they were captured on CCTV following a robbery at a Nelson house.

The robbery took place around 11-15pm in Perth Street on Hallowe’en, Thursday, October 31st, with two occupants assaulted and property stolen.

The offenders forced their way in through the front door before pushing one of the victims to the floor and demanding money. They fled with a sat nav, laptop and mobile phones.

Sgt Paul Gaynor said: “This is a serious offence and we are keen to trace the following individuals who are seen running from Perth Street towards Chapel Street.

“Anyone with information about this incident should contact Lancashire Police on 101.”
