Police investigating unexplained death of Padiham man

Officers were called at shortly after 3pm yesterday (Tuesday) to a report that a 46 year-old man had been found dead at his home in Bright Street.

He has been identified as Nigel Peter Tomlinson and his family have been made aware.

A police spokesman said: “Mr Tomlinson’s death is currently being treated as unexplained. A post mortem examination will be carried out later today (Wednesday) to try to establish his cause of death.”
