Police hunt suspender-wearing flasher

A PERVERT flasher wearing suspenders exposed himself to a woman out walking her dog in Burnley.

The incident happened at 5-25 p.m. on Monday on a grassed area between Monk Hall Street and a new housing estate, close to the canal towpath, in Daneshouse.

As the woman walked past the man she realised he was wearing suspenders with no trousers or underwear.

The 43-year-old victim told police she thought she had seen the same man walking in a nearby park earlier in the day.

He is white, in his 30s, between 5ft. 10in. and 6ft. tall and of medium build with fair or grey hair and a small fringe which was pushed to the left-hand side.

The victim said he was wearing black suspenders and a dark navy blue or black hip-length waterproof jacket.

He is also said to have a skinny, pointed nose and small eyes with a squint.

When the woman saw him earlier that day he was wearing dark tracksuit trousers.
