Police called out to rescue man from Burnley railway line
Police were called to Burnley's Manchester Road train station last night after receiving reports of a casualty on the tracks.
Paramedics were also called to the scene at around 6-35pm.
A spokesman for British Transport Police said "A man was taken to hospital where he remains.
"The incident is not being treated as suspicious."
