Police appeal for missing man

Police are appealing for information about a 51-year-old man who is missing from his home in St Annes.

Nigel Sutcliffe, who has links to Burnley and Nelson, was last seen around 10-45am on Wednesday outside the Costa Coffee shop in Clifton Drive South, St Annes.

He is described as being around 5ft. 9in. tall and was last seen wearing an orange polo shirt and possibly blue jeans.

PC Gordon Birt said: “Nobody has heard from Nigel since Wednesday morning and we are growing more and more concerned for his welfare.

“If you have any information about his current whereabouts then please contact us.”
