Police appeal as concerns grow for missing Burnley teenager

Hassan Akbar (13) was last at his home address at 6pm on Wednesday before leaving to go on a walk.

He was seen by officers later that evening but fled on a bicycle.

Hassan is described as Asian, 5ft 3in tall, of very thin build with untidy black hair.

He was wearing a light grey Adidas tracksuit with a single black stripe down the leg, black Nike trainers with orange and gold colouring, and was carrying a black Nike rucksack.
