PHOTOS: Padiham recycling plant goes up in flames
The smoke plume could be seen for miles around as flames ripped through a recycling plant in the centre of Padiham.
Crowds were drawn to the incident in Park Road, as fire crews from across the area rushed to the scene and police closed off roads in the vicinity.
