The Mayor of Burnley's civic charity dinner and dance evening proved a glittering occasion.
Hosted by the mayor, Coun. Elizabeth Monk, the event at Turf Moor, attracted civic dignitaries from around East Lancashire. Burnley MP Julie Cooper also attended.
Proceeds from the evening, which also featured live entertainment, raffle and charity auction, will benefit Macmillan Cancer Support and Burnley general Hospital’s neo-natal unit.
