Photos: Crowds watch Burnley siege unfold
Police and ambulance crews are currently on stand-by as the second Burnley siege in just a week continues.
Crowds have gathered in the Hebrew Road area as the drama is unfolding at a flat in Escott Gardens where a man is reported to be holding a woman against her will.
Emergency services were called to the scene late yesterday afternoon and have been there ever since, with armed officers and police dogs as back-up.
