Top award nominations for Burnley nail bar

Hard as Nails in Padiham Road has been shortlisted for "Nail Bar of the Year" at the Northwest National Nails Beauty and Lashes Awards, being held next week in Manchester at the Mercure Picadilly Hotel.

The business has also been nominated as finalists for The National Hair and Beauty Industry Awards "Nail Salon of the Year" which takes place on March 1st.

Onwer Lesley Lawrence said: "We are amazed by the response and support from both clients and students nominating my salon for these awards. It makes all the hard work worthwhile and makes us happy that clients and students love what we do.

"Staff are regularly internationally trained and the techniques we have been taught shines through with the work Jayne and I both do in salon.

"I have been taught internationally now for the last eight years, bringing some of the most up to date on trend techniques to both clients and students in the Burnley and Pendle area, with both us having had the pleasure of personal training from world class master educators from Europe and beyond.

"I have been personally honoured to train with the Brillbird International World masters in Hungary and also currently teach for the Brillbird UK education team, which I have done for the last six years."
